Hotel Cosmos is in a nice location in Andorra (several km past the main city, after entering from the border with Spain). We stayed in an apartment with kitchen facilities, which together with the grocery store next door proved very convenient. There was also secure parking in the garage on the property, and it was easy to drive to the mountains for hiking.

A mixed bag here. The room is excellent, as is the location. The kitchen was well-eqipped. There are two convenience stores right outside and the main shopping street is only a couple of minutes walk. There was no on-site parking available despite arriving when check-in opened. Public off-site parking was very expensive. The Hotels.com app advertised, both the day before we arrived (when we booked) and after our arrival, that there was a swimming pool available to guests. There is no pool at the hotel, and the offsite pool had closed for the season several days before our arrival. Staff were unapologetic and quite rude when we noted our displeasure about that 😒 Neither of the two TVs in the apartment worked. Two helpful and friendly maintenance staff spent nearly an hour in our room fixing that. They were great, but that was the last thing we needed after a long day of travel and the pool fiasco. A bottle of bubbly arrived after one TV was fixed and the other TV was replaced 😀

Great and good value hotel downtown Andorra La Vella. We stayed in the new appartment part of the hotel (family with two kids). Large rooms, comfy beds, and a swimming pool 8 mins walk north of the hotel (17€ per day for our family). Parking a bit expensive, but all in all a very nice stay.

Parking always full. All hotels send the travellers to the same parking lots . Not easy with a car in the area

First great impression is the front desk! Attendents very helpfull and friendly! In addition, the location, breakfast and wonderful dinner. I really recommend this hotel.

Location is pretty nice, the rushing water sound is very soothing and the staff are excellent! Some people are stating the breakfast wasn't good, but I found there were lots of options, everything tasted great and there were many more options than a typical hotel. The beds were pretty comfy and there were decent pillows provided. The WiFi worked well and the views were pretty good. I was not a fan of the uncontrollable heat that required me to leave the window open whenver I was in the room and the toilet seat was broken, but aside from that everything was pretty nice.
