The location was within walking distance of most of the things we wanted to do and was half a block from an L stop. There wasn’t much directly around the hotel itself which was especially inconvenient since there was no coffee in the rooms and we only saw it in the lobby once. There was also an issue with the receptionist not finding our reservation and they tried to charge us again. Overall it was an okay stay.

We had a confirmation and when we arrived, there were no rooms. This happened to 9 out of 10 of everyone trying to check in. No assistance was given despite them knowing about system issues. VERY POOR experience and would not recommend anyone book with them unless you don't care if there is a room.

There were two young ladies who worked the front desk together and were my ultimate hype girls. Walked through the lobby and told “your hair is gorgeous” or “love your outfit”. It’s little things like that of being noticed in a detailed way that really made me feel special and important. Really felt like coming back to home after exploring the beautiful city.

The staff was very personable, friendly, and professional. The views from our room were amazing. And the location is central to a lot of the things we wanted to do.
