Great hotel and staff. Just a little issue with the shower in the morning as the water would not drain leaving a pool of water. Otherwise superb.

Absolutely fabulous stay for my husband's birthday. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms luxurious and the breakfast was amazing. We will be back.

My expectations were high for a few days of luxury. I searched for a Liverpool Central Hotel with pool facilities. This is always a criteria if mine, to be able to relax my body in a pool after a long day of exploring. Perhaps I was naive, the Pool was not what I "Hope"'d for at the Hope Hotel, it was not included in the hotel rate!! - A spa facility that seems to operate independently of the Hope Hotel! Huge disappointment for me. My next disappointment was the room not the 'deluxe' I expected: very small- small window that was long overdue a window cleaner. On the other hand a lovely bathroom with nice towels and of course the robe, I couldn't use to go to the pool. The only negatives in the bathroom was a cracked sink and empty body lotion dispensar. The beds were comfy with quality sheets.
