Room was clean and spacious. Pool was great. No fridge in room. Microwave downstairs. The gentleman who checked me in was not overly hospitable but he wasn't rude. The morning desk staff were great. Very disappointed that the breakfast was not included in our stay.

First getting their front desk male was rude ,the second female curly hair was nice and helpful the room Smelled of mold and the carpet was wet had to be changed room due to smell and having a infant with us we were moved and upgraded but still wasn’t acceptable ,ac wasn’t working properly and kept shutting off , room they moved us too was nice but still had a weird smell not as bad as the first room ,dont come and try and check in early the guy will make you wait till 3 -330 even if you got early check in confirmation

Friday night when I return to hotel and decided to get a cup of decaf coffee, I fixed it as my usual. When I arrived to my room and sat down to drink it. It tasted like it had been sitting all day! It was so bad that when I poured it out in the sink I thought it was going to stain it.

Overall, my experience staying here was great! The room was large, the beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom spotless. There was plenty of pump soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. This was my second time coming here, so obviously I like it. The restaurant on site is where to go to get your breakfast (if you pay for it, kinda expensive for a slightly better than continental breakfast) and the staff there was AMAZING. Extremely polite and attentive. 5 stars to them. A couple small complaints. No refrigerator in the king size option room, seems like a strange thing to be lacking especially in such a large room with plenty of space. I had to bring up my cooler, which wasn’t a huge deal but I was on the top floor (4th floor). Second complaint. During check in, the man at the counter was really nice, up until I signed all the paperwork and got my key cards. I had a simple question and he put up one finger, cutting me off, so he could answer the phone. I feel that since he was currently taking care of me, I should have been a priority over the phone call. When I did get to ask my question, regarding the breakfast voucher, he seemed impatient with me. So overall not super impressed with the front desk staff. 3 stars for them. Like I said, complaints are minor but it would not affect me coming back again in the future.
