Pillows and sheets had hairs and spots on them, although the staff was helpful and changed them immediately.

The Double Tree Downtown Little Rock is. A good hotel and in a good location! I will stay here again!

Breakfast was amazing, the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the beds clean & comfy. My only complaint would be the poor air flow from the air conditioning. One of the beds mostly blocked it and there were no other fans to move the cool air where it needed to go. It took us a while to cool off enough to sleep, seeing as it got over 100F that day. The room was cool enough, but the air was so still that it didn’t feel like it.

This hotel is a GEM in Memphis. The service is better than it should be. So easy to get in and out. We stay here once a month and it does not disappoint.
