Had no bar soap in the room. For a 4-day stay, two people were given two bath towels. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels.

We had specifically booked a handicapped room but it was not ready when we arrived. They gave us another room but it had a tub rather than a walk in shower. The second night of our four night stay there was a broken water pipe which flooded our room so we had to be moved to yet another room which also had a tub rather than a walk in shower. We expected the room to be made up daily but the last night of our stay we were out all day but the room was never cleaned or the beds made. The staff was apologetic but everyone from housekeeping was gone for the day.

The first thing I noticed upon entering the hotel was the very strong chlorine smell coming from the pool area which was right off the lobby. It caused my eyes to burn it was so strong. Despite having 3 floors there was 1 elevator. As for the room, it ess comfortable but I like to have coffee in the am when I first wake up and there was no coffee maker. The icemaker was also inconveniently located on the first floor near the pool. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good, probably the best part of the stay.

Bed bug stains were found in room and when I complained I was kicked out (this was the first morning after checkin) and was refused to give my money back It was disgusting and the staff was very ghetto starting with the manager Kimmie. Staff also told me after complaining about bed bugs that the exterminators were there that morning due to other complaints but manager told me she didn’t care and we had to leave
