Nice hotel within walking distance of everything. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast had many options and good. They do have very limited parking … but most in that area have none.

I was expecting a higher standard of hotel for the price. Breakfast wasn’t good, my husband couldn’t eat his. He said the hash browns were the worst he had ever eaten. Staff were friendly and I slept well. OK for a one night stop over but expensive.

We arrived in the morning on a red-eye flight so we really appreciated the hotel offering a secure locked baggage drop as we went out to see the city. Overall, didn't love the hotel but we were lucky to find a family room in Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival. Our room's window looked out on the parking garage (strange) and the whole floor seemed a little bit musty. Breakfast was mid, standard hotel buffet, though the coffee was good.

The room wasn’t cleaned and the staff never gave clean sheets. Don’t expect them to pick up the call for anything after ten.

The hotel's location was excellent, but the room we shared (four people including my two teenage children) was very small and poorly ventilated. Breakfast was good.
