I was given a twin room, asked at reception to move rooms to a double bed and it was declined. If I knew it was going to be twin rooms I would have booked a room at another hotel. Not great. The breakfast was ok but no fried eggs which was disappointing. However room was nice and clean too. Don’t think I’d stay again though, single bed killed it for me.

Friendly check in even at 04.00. Great comfy bed, fantastic shower and a good breakfast. Booked the day before due to flight cancellation and need to stop over in Birmingham and got room and breakfast for £53.

Good location for all the amenities Birmingham has to offer. Rooms clean and have all the basics needed for a couple of days, not a bad buffet breakfast to get you started. No on site parking or spa facilities a bit disappointing but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Fresh and clean room. Stayed 2 nights and a full breakfast was included. The location is walkable to the canals and also the main shopping area, Breakfast had a wide choice and seating was plenty.

Writing **Review of Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre** I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre, and the location was convenient for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants and transport links nearby. The hotel offered a comfortable base for my visit, and overall, the experience was reasonable. However, the air conditioning was not working as expected, which affected the comfort of the room, particularly when trying to relax and get a good night's sleep. I would have appreciated a more effective cooling system to make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the hotel's location was a definite plus, but the air conditioning issue needs attention to improve the guest experience. I hope this can be addressed for future visitors.
