Photos looked a lot better than reality. Not dirty but a bit run down, especially hallways and main areas. Room was good.

My room was pretty run down. Broken cupboards, chipped paint, toilet seat hinge cover missing. The desk chair and accent chair had lots of chipped pleather. :( Room was clean, sheets and towels clean. Hot tub was out of order. Got a notice at check in that there may be noise due to renovations - I did not experience any, but would have been good to know before booking.

Great location in Brooklyn and for a brief stay, such as to an event at the Barkley Center. Room was very basic, but bed OK. Not too noisy. Staff helpful and friendly. Price was OK for this area of Brooklyn, which tends to be expensive.

Pros- Hotel was in great location. Close to subway, restaurants and shopping Staff was pleasant, polite professional and attentive to our issues Hot tub and pool were great!! Cons- Hotel is in desperate need of upgrades! Chairs in room were peeling, wall charging units didn't work and pool had limited hours. Most hotels I've stayed at pool and hot tub were open all day with no lifeguard, so you swam at own risk. This hotel pool was open morning closed all day then opened again after 7:30 PM,

The chair of the room was flaking. It’s vinyl coating and looked terrible and we couldn’t sit in it without brushing ourselves down because the material was flaking. The lamp base was rusted. The in room refrigerator sounded like it was giving birth. I don’t believe this property deserves the rating that it’s listed as I would give it a maximum of 2 1/2 stars.
