Apparently, we took a room on the off season. It might explain why the staff might have been lax. Regardless of that, this was a five star stay anywhere. The hotel is divided in six sections, ours was the kid exclusive part, with a churro stand, playground and water playground. That’s how much the resort caters to kids. And there are sections exclusive for adults too. The adult only and kids sections rarely interact, so everyone wins. What made the stay five star was the outstanding staff. They were all exceptional.

We had a fantastic vacation. All the staff from the valets to the concierge's were extremely helpful, professional, and kind. For longer stays maybe have some different food rotations at the restaurants. Also, the Palapa bar should be open later to give another option in the evenings - maybe have one bar for adults and the other one for families. There were a lot of children running around late at night supervised, and unsupervised. But overall, this day was a 9 out of 10.

Overall, my experience was good at the Hilton hotel. The staff was really friendly and they helped me find a lost baggage ,which I was really grateful for . The only thing I didn’t like is the many raccoons and lizards.Also, there’s too many seaweeds and too many rocks on the beach so I choose to stay at pool and didn’t go on the beach. Other than that, it was great. The food was good and the hotel is beautiful.

I would recommend this resort for families not so much adults only even in the adults only parts there were kids there weren’t really areas without a crying baby or yelling child the food wasn’t that great either very limited options garden view is not a garden at all just the land behind the buildings not too many transportation to pick u up from your room or wait is awhile we mostly walked one night we lost power nothing was ever mentioned or said
