There are a few things that I think could improve the stay. The bathing area doesn't have a door n it causes water to splash out after bathing making it slippery

I was expecting Hilton standard and I did not think I received it. It was nothing big, just little things that added up. When we arrived, no one greeted us and I ended up loading my 6 suit cases on the cart and then someone notice me and came out. As a gold member, you sometimes are able to obtain upgrades, but check in flat out told me no, Ok fine, not a problem. Arrived in room, looked clean, no hand soap in the bathroom. It was empty and I had to call down to get it refilled. Not a huge deal, but the TV was crooked. We did not use it, so it did not bother us. Got up the next day, had their breakfast, it was ok, but everything was cold. Coffee machine ran out of milk, but did not give an error message, so I did not know. They staff came over, handed me my cup without giving me a new one after refilling the milk. Went to shower, brown stuff on the shower wall, but we needed to check out, so I just showered. Toilet takes 3-4 flushes for everything to go down, which is not normal (after I asked). It was cleaned, just not cleaned well.I called down to reception to have someone come up and help with the luggage and to bring a cart, she asked me how many bags, and before I could finish, she cut me off and said I will send someone up and hung up the phone. When I got downstairs, I told reception, He was very nice and apologized. My experience was not the Hilton standard. I was a little disappointed. It was an OK stay. My experience could have been a one off, or just bad luck.
