Had to send a veggie burger back for being uncooked. Room wasn't that clean. Front desk person gave me wrong information that resulted in missing a train to London at tremendous inconvenience and stress to my friend and me. Never staying in a Hilton again.

Breakfast was superb, wide choice, attentive staff, hot food perfectly cooked. City centre location was excellent for getting about. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Room bright and comfortable. Only complaint would be the noise (presumably from other guests), and an alarm that went off in the middle of the night.

Generally an OK stay. But for the price would expect more. Room was clean and spacious, however sound proofing is needed. It was like staying in someone’s home, you could hear everyone outside and above the room. The pool/steam/sauna and changing rooms felt unclean and cold. definitely needs updating. Staff were kind and helpful.

A simple request of having my two separate reservations be combined so that I can stay two nights in one room.... which was confirmed on the phone the day before and upon check in, required me to explain for the 3rd time to make it happen despite two different staff members having confirmed that it was done.

The window sills in the room were filthy but when I told reception on check out, they gave us free breakfast. Staff were helpful
