All fine, room spacious and air conditioned, shower good, staff helpful, good amenities and extensive breakfast. Ideal stop off place for a day in Northampton and surrounding areas.

Big room BUT No lift, AC not working, pillows too big, bad leak from shower screen, no paid-for TV channels, WiFi so-so, hot water a bit cool, shower pressure too low, decor extremely plain/budget feel, mean with tea/coffee supplies. No drawers in whole big room (all dummy drawers)! And very expensive. Should have stuck to my usual Premier Inn!

The biggest issue is there is no AC in the room. We went when it was exceptionally hot and there only one fan to cool the big room. We were unable to open our blinds due to our room being right next to the garden area where people sit down and smoke. It was uncomfortable having our blinds open while people outside watched us. The breakfast was awful with little options available. The only great thing about this hotel was the gym.
