Not a great place to go ahead of a cruise day or when there are lot of people. The elevator system is a nightmare when there’s a lot of people. There are two sets of elevators first of all. One from drop off area below. Then one from main lobby to rooms. Not all the elevators were even working. It uses the letter system which is supposed to be good. But not when the does don’t actually open. The workers there seemed confused. Except the manager he was on it. Quick to react and handle customer congestion. But the staff needs better training. Room was nice. Great views. But we had 5 people staying in the room and they did not provide sheets for the pull out couch. No complimentary breakfast for the price either. The place is terrible for food options as well. The restaurant in the hotel has no good call in take out option. The closest walking distance for basic quick food is a subway that’s surrounded by some homeless people who are funnily enough dressed in subway attire pretending to be workers. It’s weird. Not a slight on the hotel of course. Overall it was fine. Just not great if you’re showing up when there is a lot of people. Location is very dimly lit as well.
