Although we were here for one night while we attended the queen mary dark harbor, we were very happy with the stay. Room was clean and comfy, staff was great. It is $40 for valet or $35 for self park. I do wish they had 24hr food/ coffee... ( i hate using the coffeepot in the room for sanitary reasons... at any hotel). They have a minimal snack corner for munchies, just not actual food past 1030pm. I would stay here again.

We stayed there for the free shuttle to the cruise ship. When we check out the staff told us the shuttle runs every thirty minutes. After an hour of waiting. The shuttle showed up and informed us that he was going to lunch. After talking with the front desk, she said, what are you complaining about?It's free. You know, three hundred dollars a night.I don't think it was free.

Angela at the front desk is awesome! Very friendly and nic3 staff. Love the ducks, complimentary selection of water. Good place to stay if u r going on a cruise, They provide shuttle services and let you check in early if a room is available. Top notch service. (Fyi just watch out for the elevator)

Cleanliness was not the greatest, the housekeeper was the sweetest little lady though. The staff could use improvement in people skills. Breakfast was not included with my stay. I didn't use the bar. You have to pay $$ for parking daily or pay for Valet. Be careful using the the elevator the doors close very quickly. Your entry is not so inviting, people are challenged to climb stairs just to get to the front desk..
