This is a very tiny room. Doesn’t even have a luggage rack or place to put one. That being said the bathroom was efficient the bed was comfortable the place was clean the staff helpful and the location excellent - 1/2 mile to Paddington Station for Heathrow Express train. Be at the airport in 30 minutes. We stayed one night before we flew home. Wouldn’t stay longer than overnight because there is no room to unpack and get settled!

They had a system issue so we waited in a queue for 40+ minutes to check in with very limited apology from staff. Room was okay but we were given an accessible room which is quite inconvenient as the sink etc is too small and too low. The shower wouldn’t drain either and had very low pressure and wouldn’t get past luke warm. All in all, having also stayed in the premier inn (literally next door) for substantially less I’d recommend just staying there instead - The rooms aren’t as modern but they’re just as a big and showers work better!

Booked room only for 3 nights. Pleasant room with great views. Convenient for Paddington station and the Bakerloo line so easy to get around

Fir this 4 star Hilton in general was OK for its category except for the following: 1. Funny smell in the room washroom, like sewer smell. We had to keep the sliding door closed all the time, so the smell doesn't travel into the room itself. 2. The sink's drain was very slow and blocked. 3. This tower has 8 elevators 4 on each side. Only about 50% were operational. Others were out of service. At the check out time some people, including us, were struggling to find an elevator to check out and leave. Some people were strongly complaining in the lobby for this situation. It was a bit stressing for us too. It delayed us about 8 minutes to vet to the lobby. Not acceptable!

Disappointing stay. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The public washrooms were filthy, the elevators were not working properly, and the staff were often rude and unhelpful. Given what they charge, the overall standard was nowhere close to acceptable. The biggest issue, though, was the area around the hotel. I did not feel particularly safe walking nearby, and during my stay I actually witnessed a mugging. That obviously changed my view of the location pretty quickly. Between the condition of the hotel, the service, the broken elevators, the cleanliness issues and the neighbourhood, I would not stay here again. Far too expensive for the experience. Pass.
