Facility was fine except one of the two elevators was out of service. With guests and staff with carts using the one remaining, there were backups and delays. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Our room wasn’t ready & she suggested they had an upgrade room they’d move us into. Well it was a crappy room the only upgrade was that it was facing the beach. Horrible room. Bathtub drain didn’t drain properly, you were standing in dirty water. Mold around the tub in the caulk. Overall just disappointed in the hotel.

My wife and I decided to book with Hilton for our 50th Anniversary trip. We were very disappointed with the state of our room and the facility. The room issues started at the door to the room. Door did not close or open properly. Upon entering the room the odor was overwhelming. It smelled very bad similiar to mold. When using the shower water ran out onto the floor in the bathroom and under the door to the room entrance. This created a very dangerous situation for both my wife and myself. My wife has 3 joint replacements and I am a 2 time cancer survivor. This was the reason we booked an accessible room. Overall the room seemed dirty. Sheets did not fit the bed properly. We only had 2 towels in the room initially. Overall it just appeared as though the room was not cleaned nor was it prepped for guests. Throughout the entire stay the facility only had one operational elevator and it was filthy and was obvious maintenance was lacking. This was obvious as soon as you got on the elevator. Doors slammed when closing, door tracks were absolutely filthy, lights flashed as the unit operated, door edges were frayed, and flooring in the unit was absolutely nasty. I’m sure your elevators are inspected but they did not present as though they were maintained to any of the guests that rode that elevator with my wife and I. I really do not think I could book another vacation with a Hilton property. One last item….on the day of our departure we had no hot water for our morning showers.

Everything was great! The entire hotel area was always clean. The staff was helpful when needed. We had absolutely no issues and we will be back again!
