Despite being downtown and staying on a weekend when the hotel had many guests (state fair and also the Red River Rivalry game) inside our room it was very quiet. I had no issues with noise and I am a very sensitive and light sleeper. The fitness center was nice and well-equipped for a hotel and surprisingly empty. I had it to myself both mornings. The staff were all very nice and genuinely seemed like they wanted to be helpful. The restaurant was pretty disappointing and I would not recommend going there. The food was mid at best and the staff left us waiting an hour for our check. It was, however, very good for people watching from the outdoor patio. I really appreciated that the hotel was one block off of DART and most of what we wanted to do was walkable. Water pressure in the shower was decent and they actually had a microwave. Many Hilton's do not have them. I was pleasantly surprised. They also had a coffee and tea station in the lobby in the morning. Also appreciated.

the staff was unbelievably available and helpful. the only draw back was our AC kept getting warmer for no reason but otherwise I would absolutly stay there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel had some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Before booking, I specifically asked about their pet-friendly accommodations and was told they had pet relief areas. When we arrived, we learned there were no pet relief areas anywhere on the property. We were expected to walk approximately three city blocks through downtown Dallas every time our pet needed to go outside, which did not feel safe or convenient. Calling this hotel pet-friendly is misleading. If guests must leave the property and walk several blocks to find an appropriate area for their pets, that needs to be clearly disclosed before booking. When I raised the issue, the manager was dismissive and did not communicate honestly or make any meaningful effort to address the situation. The hotel needs to accurately describe its pet accommodations and improve how management responds to legitimate guest concerns
