The images and videos on their marketing is very mis leading, the rooms are very tired and in need of a major upgrade. Dirty and chipped walls and joinery. Grout in bathrooms very dirty. Bed linen and towels were clean but everything else seemed stained and tired. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We were placed in a room at the far end of the resort near the adults only pool and dining which would have been great if they allowed us to dine and swim there. Two of our children are 14 and 17 so we had to use the main dining and pool area which was a 10mins walk and filled with very young families. The sign for the adults only area said 16 and above but we were told it is 18and above. It would have made more sense to place us in a room closer to the main dining than next to the area we were not allowed to go in. There was a buggy that did regular trips along the path to the main dining.

Was really nice property. Pools were great. The actual beach wasn't our favourite. Staff were great and enjoyed the walkability.

Staff were great, grounds were great and pools. Food fairly average for the cost and the rooms definitely dated for the price you pay. I have been to WAY better for WAY less

The resort overall was ok however a little tired and run down especially in the bathrooms. The rooms are very spread out so a lot of walking involved unless you wanted to wait for the buggy which sometimes was too full to take you to the pool or breakfast. Buffet breakfast was a 10/10 so much choice and the food was really great. I personally struggled that by the pool there were no bathrooms or change rooms which meant either going all the way back to the room or using the restaurant which only had 2 female toilets. The planning around who was allocated which room I think could have been a little better, we had a child with us and were right down the adults only area (pool and restaurant) where I heard an older couple also say they were right down the other end (closest to the restaurant and kids swimming area) kids club was amazing and all of the staff were wonderful.
