If I could give 10/5 stars for the service, I would. I travel extensively, and the hospitality, attention to detail, and cross-departmental communication at this property blew me away. Every request across reception, dining, housekeeping, the spa, and the pool crew was logged and executed seamlessly. Arriving on an early morning flight long before the 3:00 PM check-in, the receptionist, Siphelele, noticed our checkout two days later was too early for breakfast service. Proactively, and without us asking, he transferred that final day's included breakfast to our arrival morning—an immediate standout moment. The breakfast spread is exceptional, offering French-patisserie quality pastries, standout local dishes, excellent coffee, and an attentive floor team. When a specific detox juice was out the following morning, the manager, Adrian, immediately stepped in to have the kitchen press a fresh batch specifically for us. The pool and beach area feature a great tropical vibe, with staff immediately setting you up with fresh towels and ice-cold bottled water straight from the cooler.

Beautiful pool next to beach, staff are amazing. Not much around hotel so I’d advise you use hotel amenities. Happy hour 5-8, otherwise drinks expensive. Not a budget hotel.

Our family of four had a great stay at this hotel. The views are spectacular, the location is excellent, and it has everything needed for a comfortable family vacation. Although the hotel was very busy during the holiday weekend and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at check-in, they remained friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to the pool staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive to the children, and committed to maintaining a safe environment. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options for everyone. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the atmosphere. The noise from the nightclub was extremely loud throughout the night, making it impossible for me and my entire family to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel, as there are many better options available. In addition, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the room furniture was old and showed clear signs of wear. While the location is a major advantage, the poor noise insulation, cleanliness issues, and outdated furnishings significantly affected our stay.
