A 3 stars at its best!, From the moment you arrive they are basically letting you know that the city did not let them build a larger parking lot , then you need to figure out where to park, The rooms are very average and the staff is not there for you , simple things like asking for cream for the coffee is a frustrating task for them, our room have every piece of furniture broken , all the drawers were damaged, try to find somewhere to stay

Stayed in the sky suite very spacious. The only downfall the shower door slides to left and the fixed glass should have been right to prevent water from getting on the floor and you have this stainless drain cover if you step on it causes it to be ajar and a slipping hazard just a poor layout for this reason I wouldn’t stay at that property again

We came for an event at the Caseys center. You cant beat the location and parking and the ease of walking to the event. With all that said there were a few minor charges that should be included instead of being added. You're already paying over 300 a night so it seems they are just piling on. I guess convenience costs

Perfect stay for our family going to WWE at the Casey’s center. There was a sky walk, so we didn’t have to take our young children outside to walk back at 10pm. The staff were super helpful. The hotel was clean & nice rooms. The bed was comfortable and the shower was huge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The biggest problem(s) with this hotel was the room and amenities expense. We’ve stayed in many hotels of this caliber at half the price. It was nice that they had completely secured parking since the hotel is located downtown. We had no thoughts that our vehicle would be broken into or stolen. Of course that is a $30 per day charge to use their underground parking. There are enough restaurants within walking distance and most of it can be walked using their covered skywalks. The parking in front of the hotel for checking in and out is very limited and can be quite busy at times. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel restaurant was good and had average prices for a hotel this size.
