I had a delightful time. The rooftop bar, in particular, was gorgeous, had great cocktails, and outstanding staff. I’m giving 3 stars because in my opinion the property was drastically overpriced for Columbus.

It was clean and well kept. Great facilities, The staff was polite and helpful. The valet parking staff was particularly good, polite efficient well staffed.

The hotel is fabulous but is really big. When I arrived, I had no idea where to park and ended up parking too far away. When I got to the desk to check-in. I asked for a closer parking and was advised of one, but when I checked out a gentleman in front of me was handed a map upon checking in, Why didn't I get a map? So the level of customer service of the front desk attendees varies! Hotel is very clean and plenty of food options.
