From check in to check out, the property and staff were fabulous. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and loved the convenience of the location. Very walkable and the staff puts lots of effort into pleasing their guests. We will book at this location going forward when in the area.

This is after my first review, on the day of check out I explained what happened to me the previous night, she spoke to the manager and they reimbursed me that night when I had to sleep without AC. The morning shift was helpful

Very pleasant stayed at the hotel super convenient to visit the university. The only thing I wish all the elevators were working for my last day to check out I had to take the stairs 6 floors down due to the wait.
