Room not clean, bathroom not clean. Asked for early check in online, no one got back to me. Was directed to online chat bot and no one answered two requests. No breakfast included. Says breakfast available online. Very misleading. You have to purchase it. When a property lists a breakfast it is always free. Will not return !

I checked in and everything was great. I booked this hotel because of its proximity and accessibility to the airport as the next morning I had an early flight. I went to dinner and came back a little around 10 pm. Get into my room and there is a full on party happening in a room that shares a wall with the room the beds are in. I waited a little bit but they were very loudly playing music and having a good time. I tried to call the front desk to ask to be moved but no one answered. When I finally decided I could take no more, I packed my stuff up and went down to the desk. I very nicely let the desk agent know that there was a party happening and that I didn’t want to ruin their good time I just needed to move rooms so I could sleep. She acted very put out by the request then offered to call security. I told her I wasn’t wanting to Interrupt their good time or get them in trouble, I just wanted a quieter room to sleep. She didn’t say anything and just did a couple things then handed me a room key. Really a lack of customer service and empathy. After the room move it was quiet so I was overall happy :)
