It's beautiful from the outside, but it has problems with hygiene. It's also difficult to get to if you don't have a car.

Kein Personal an der Rezeption, lediglich ein unfreundlicher Mann vor dem Hotel, der einem das Gefühl gab, belästigt zu werden. Der Zimmerschlüssel wurde von einer Reinigungskraft ausgefolgt, die zwar sehr freundlich war, allerdings kein Deutsch und kein Englisch sprach. Im Zimmer ging kein Wasser, nach telefonischer Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns versprochen, daß jemand vorbeikommen wird, was aber nicht geschah. Aus meiner Sicht respektlos dem Gast gegenüber - und nicht sein Geld wert.

Le pire du pire comme hébergement, nous sommes arrivés à minuit et demi après 8 heures de voyage éprouvant.Sur l'entrée de l'hôtel ,il y avait un panneau avec un numéro qui nous disait d'appeler et qu'un accueil était disponible 24h/24. En effet, quelqu'un nous à répondu et nous a dit qu'il ne nous trouvait pas après 10 appels et autant de raccrochage au nez, nous avons renoncé..Il est vrai que le veilleur de nuit, nous a chassé en nous hurlant au visage que nous n'avions pas de réservation. Nous n'avons pas pu trouver d'autre hébergement pour cette nuit et nous l'avons donc passé dehors. Nous sommes revenus vers les 9h00 du matin et là, miracle une femme.de ménage était là qui a appelé son boss qui est venu une demie heure plus tard.Et la réservation a été trouvée. le boss nous a expliqué qu'il fallait les prévenir de notre arrivée.C'est bien la peine de faire une réservation. Il nous a expliqué que du coup,il ne pouvait nous rembourser cette nuit de zonards à travers Sarajevo. bref, ça, c'est pour l'accueil. Passons à la situation géographique de ce fameux hôtel qui prêtant être à proximité du centre ville, a vol d'oiseau, oui, mais en réalité c'est en haut d'une montagne très raide.....Il faut être amateur de taxis, compter entre 8 et 15€ le trajet.Au bout de 6 jours, ça chiffre. bref, je ne recommande pas du tout, à éviter absolument. De plus l'intérêt de cet hôtel est minimum.Mieux vaut voir ailleurs.Pas cher,OK,mais si vous cherchez vous trouverez bcp mieux.
