We stayed at the Harbour Hotel for four nights and, having paid alot of money for our stay, I felt the overall value for money was disappointing. In particular, I was surprised that we had to pay extra for parking. At this price level, I would have expected parking to be included for hotel guests. I was also disappointed to discover that certain items ordered at breakfast attracted an additional charge. Again, considering the amount we had already paid and that breakfast was included in our rate, I would have expected a full breakfast offering to be covered without additional charges. Overall, the stay was extremely expensive, and these extra charges left us feeling that the hotel did not offer the level of value we would expect for what we paid.

We had a lovely stay at the Harbour Hotel in Galway! It's in a quiet area by the water but a super short walk to the center of town and everything you'd want to do. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was one of the comfiest and largest I've ever had in a European hotel room. My husband and I have a king sized bed at home in the US, so we usually expect a downgrade when we travel (which is fine), but not in this case! Happily surprised!

It’s basically a Marriott Courtyard-style hotel with an on-site restaurant. There’s no Harbor or Harbor view even though the hotel has such a name. Completely overpriced because it’s far from the city center next to an industrial ship dock. Don’t stay there!

A very good place to stay. Two small suggestions: fans in bathroom extremely loud, and these run any time the light is on. Needs to be fixed! Also, one day, no clean washcloths. These were brought quickly. Friendly, helpful staff.
