This hotel was perfect. It was in a great location, with endless eating and shopping options. Lots of places to walk around and easy access to transportation options. The staff was extremely friendly, the spa service was immaculate and our room was absolutely amazing. The room was just as described, so beautiful and comfy. The host Elsa was soo helpful and kind. She even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat, drink and sight see. It made our trip soo much easier with all of her help. We definitely recommend this place you want to visit hanoi's old quarter. Thank you to everyone at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa, we appreciated your excellent hospitality.

The staff here provided a wonderful experience and stay. From check in to check out, Elsa and other staffs were attentive and hospitable. The location is very convenient to get around to various spots. Food options are also great in the area. This is a great stay.

The staff were so friendly every time we came and went. Tiffany on reception in the mornings was especially helpful in advising us on our checkout process, 10/10. The bell hops were always friendly and professional also. The rooms were clean and in good condition. We liked the style of the rooms and decor. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was great.

We had an excellent stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. The hotel in situated well, amongst the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter, close to so many shops, spas and eateries as well as Hoan Kiem Lake. We could walk to the water puppet show. Grabs were so cheap and available for the linger walks to the museums and Hoa Lo prison.
