This hotel is such a gem. In the chaos of Old Quarter they have managed to create a lovely, quiet place. Everything was great. Everybody treated with such love.

A special mention for their luggage storage service: they held my bags without any fuss while I headed out on a Hạ Long Bay cruise, which made my trip planning so much smoother. Enjoyed our stay just around the corner from all the chaos and a surprisingly quiet stay. Staff was very helpful in arranging a Halong Bay tour for us.

We stayed at the Allure on two separate occasions during our Vietnam trip. Both stays were great. The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The hotel booked a car to the airport for us and stored our luggage when we needed it. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location in the old quarter was very central. We highly recommend the Allure.
