Had a stained comforter, and then found a live bug in one bed and a dead one in the other so we decided to ask to switch rooms. They were very helpful and gave us a new room right away. Tv wasn’t working in new room, realized it was hanging in the back when it should have been connected so we jimmied it well enough to work. Second room had weird smell. Staff was very nice, good breakfast, good location, spacious lobby with lots of room to hang out. rooms could be have been cleaner.

We have stayed here a couple of times with no issue but that was not the case this past weekend. The shower drain barely drained so you stand in water while you shower. Also our room (313) had an ant infestation. We had a 2 night stay and informed the front desk guy about it. Told him we didn't want to switch rooms but asked that it be cleaned while we were gone for the day. He informed us that his manager came in at 1:00 and he would have someone look into it. Guess what, we came back that night after out softball games and nothing had been done. It was late enough that we just decided to live with it the way it was. Woke up the next morning to ants all over the place. Not happy with this stay and will probably look elsewhere when we have our next softball tournament in the area.

We had an excellent stay. I was impressed with the friendly staff who helped us with everything. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure for a refreshing shower, Plus a breakfast that was better than Continental with fresh eggs ,russet potatoes along with a waffle maker, oatmeal al, fresh crisp apples ,russet potatoes and sausage. The decor, Lobby Etc looked updated new carpet new colors upbeat vibe

The property was overrun by weeds. The hallway entrance and hallway to our room smelled like urine. The room smelled musty and like smoke. The room and hotel was clean besides the smell.

First room I was put in had broken curtains. The cabinet door fell off of the fridge cabinet and the TV didn’t work so they moved me rims and that smelt like it flooded and it’s never been dried out and had a horrible stench and the day I finally got room service. The room service decided to blow up my room and use my toilet. It’s very unhappy in my stay and as well, the hallways always had trash piled up in them. Horrible experience.
