Check in clerk wasn't very friendly. It seemed like I was bothering her checking in. Other than that, the stay was great.

The room smelled awful. It was moldy and a portion of the bathroom wall had fallen in behind the toilet from moisture. The air conditioner barely brought down the humidity much less kept it cool. The staff also double charged us. While that was corrected the next day, it was still a frustrating inconvenience with the state of the room.

We been staying here for years several times. When we checked in, we did not receive our our Hilton honors welcome anything. And staying there three days housekeeping came none of the days. Trash wasn’t emptied. We didn’t get fresh towels coffee tea was not really filled in the room. The breakfast buffet was not the best for that matter we ended up eating breakfast somewhere else which normally we use the breakfast buffet every day.

The ac unit kept going on and off, throughout the night, it got hot and it was so loud then silent every 15 mins, couldn’t sleep, asked the front desk if there was a way to keep it on and not go off, she said no, gave me a small fan to use, the next morning before checking out I went to put my suitcase in my car and I had the fan in my arm to turn in when I gave my door keys back, and the front door staff came outside yelling we took their fan, we turned around and said we are coming back in to checkout, and when we came in some other person was standing there and said “ that looks like our fan”. No one apologized for chasing us out the door about the fan, the front desk girl was rude. The beds were so uncomfortable and squeaky and the breakfast was gross. Won’t be back.

The location was good. Easy access to several restaurants and the E-way. Staff was friendly and our room was clean.
