Well, we walked into the room and the shower had not been cleaned, pubic hair still everywhere. The bed looked so saggy and hard. No apologies or offers from the front desk to make it right after we showed them pictures. We left immediately.

AC would work during the day but stopped blowing cold air overnight. Happened both nights we stayed there. Maintenance tried to help but it was working when they came by.

The location was excellent for my needs, offered ample free parking, and was proximal to multiple walkable dinner choices. The room was clean and spacious. Plus, the buffet breakfast was convenient.

Everything was great and it was clean BUT.. AC and toilet. Huge issue! The AC compressor was nothing you can imagine. The cycling off and on was 100% awful. I read the reviews about the AC, but trust me it is bad!! Kept us up all night, WITH EAR PLUGS in! Toilet tank would not refill itself, maintenance came to our room 3x.
