King suite was clean and very comfortable. We were facing 69, some noise from there but not enough to take away from our enjoyment. Staff was helpful and cheery.

I stayed here for three nights and overall had a very good experience. The location is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and having breakfast included was definitely a plus. The hotel was generally clean and well maintained, although the hallway carpets could use some spot cleaning. A couple of recommendations for future guests—and things I would request if I stay here again: Ask for a room closer to the elevator, as it can be a pretty long walk if your room is at the end of the hallway. Also, if you're a light sleeper, I highly recommend requesting a room on the parking lot side of the hotel, away from the freeway. My room faced the freeway, and the traffic noise was quite loud throughout the night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, but I would definitely request a quieter room away from the freeway.

When I got there, the front desk person told me she didn’t have a room for me and that she tried calling me but didn’t have my phone number. I had a long day traveling and was in meetings and at no point did she ever reach out. And she lied saying she tried getting ahold of me but in the same breath telling me she didn’t have my number. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was really nice. Rooms were very outdated. Beds were hard. I’m sure it was cleaned, but it felt dirty. Left unimpressed, will not return.

The customer service was phenomenal. The rooms were great. The area was wonderful. The breakfast was phenomenal. The only thing is that the pool was broken.

The hotel was clean, but the front desk lady didn’t seem to be in the best of moods when we got there.
