Only one elevator working for the first 24 hours. Breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people the first day, but it was better the second day. Room was clean and spacious. Good location to riverwalk and Alamo. Rooms are made up daily.

Can't give five stars because I had to change rooms after unpacking only to learn there was no running water in my unit. I was told by a maintenance person that floora 7 and 8 were affected. I was moved to the 2nd floor and there were no further issues. I would return!

The room was nice and clean.Love that it was on the river walk and could eat and shop without driving..loved the balcony. The only thing negative was the Valet is expensive especially your already paying pricey hotel..Cost of public parking is ridiculous is little bit much.
