The room and entire hotel were filthy. It literally felt like grease was smeared on the ac controls and remote. Mold in shower, crumbs all over the floor. Hallways were also filthy. Not the normal Hampton Inn stay we are accustomed to.

This place was awful. Our keys constantly stopped working and we had to go to the front desk to get them fixed. We weren't the only ones. We saw multiple guests in the elevators with the same issues. We probably had our keys replaced 4-5 times. The room we were in didn't have a mattress in the couch. It was straight up missing and we were told that they didn't have extras and there was nothing they could do. The showers are built backwards. The sliding door only opens one way so you have to reach into the shower to turn it on and pull yourself out before the cold water hits you. Absolutely stupid design. There weren't enough blankets for our kids. I had to sleep with a sheet. The elevator felt and sounded like it was going to breakdown each time we got on it. The doors didn't shut all of the way. Unless you pull on the knob, hear it lock, and try to open it again, it's probably not shut all of the way. We had two rooms on two different floors and they were both like this. The breakfast was mediocre and when they ran out of something it took so long for them to bring it out. The juice machine constantly tripped the surge protector and someone had to open the cabinet and flip it back on. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms need to be updated. It smelled like mildew, and there was peeling paint on the ceiling.

Front desk was great, room wasn’t ready when we got there, but she made sure we were the first one to have a room. It’s in a convenient location so we just got food during the wait.

No hot water; dirty sheets; sheets that didn't fit the bed. When asked to move to another room they opened the door on another room that was occupied by another guest.
