Outstanding hotel for what you pay. Friendly and helpful staff, parking close To the hotel and it was not that expensive. Very well located, close to the centre of town, motorways, train station and the main shopping areas.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was a bonus and their was a good range of breakfast food to choose from.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Lovely staff! Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable bed. Very quiet hotel, had a great sleep! Great breakfast too. My new favourite Glasgow hotel!

We had placed a second booking to extend our stay prior to coming. Bookings were not linked. For some reason they gave us an accessibility room (that we did not need) and the bathroom was hideous with the toilet being hard to access due to a sink almost over it. The staff were most unhelpful refusing to check to see if the second room they had us in for the last night was available to move into. They said they were fully booked (hardly saw another soul) but didn’t see if they could move anything around. Asked for directions to parking, flipped us a piece of paper that was outdated (fees did not correspond to reality). We had no room service as they said they were short staffed (however, the cost of the room did not reflect any change of services). When asking for toilet paper towels etc. the response was slow and they seemed irritated. This hotel does not reflect that of a Hilton and therefore, the Hilton empire should really look at detaching their name from it!
