Clean room, no complaints here however, on my 5th day of my 7 day break i had a call from receptionist telling me that its checkout time?? This disturbed me a lot. I went down to show the m my booking and all the said oh yes we have found it now. No apologies or nothing. Rude staff except for the odd one or two. English nearly non existent. Great location and at a push i would stay there again as now i know what to expect!!

Cold room, loud and outdated fan right outside your balcony, unfriendly staff ( except one out of the whole team ) zero hospitality, zero customer service training, asked them if I can change rooms since the toilet fan doesn’t work and the loud noise from the heating unit in the balcony and they asked for extra money even though the place was empty, only 2 families in the entire two building. Extremely disappointed, definitely will be my last visit.

Owner of the hotel is very professional and has a great customer service skills . Breakfast is exceptional. Location is very cerntral , highly recommended
