Lovely hotel in Newcastle City Centre. Easy walking distance from Central Train Station and to all entertainment venues. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Only negative was our room was an adjoining one, lack of sound proofing on adjoining door meant all noise/conversations between the 2 rooms was very audible. Would definately recommend this hotel but avoid an adjoining room if you can 🙂

The hotel was excellent and I would come back again but the only thing that I notice was the wall paper at the top of the ceiling is peeling away but apart from that the hotel was amazing and also in an excellent area love the place and the staff and the guests were so friendly and so polite

I only stayed one night at Grey Street Hotel but can't fault it. The room was an excellent size, well-maintained and comfortable but what really impressed me were the desk staff. They were a credit to the hotel. I will definitely book again if I'm ever in Newcastle in the future.

Initially very disappointed as lacked the Georgian elegance I was expecting. Helpful friendly staff made up for what it lacked in overall maintenance. Hotel has beautiful bones so a good refurb will restore its glory

Lovely stay suite was really great and so quiet in the centre of Newcastle breakfast cooked to order and delicious don't get that very often anymore
