Room 323, Bed looked slept in when we walked in, wrinkled beddings. Sink didn’t drain. Many long black hairs on beddings, pillows, & the tub, HVAC unit so noisy and rattling all night. Room smelt like work boots and smoke. The phone has no decal indicators to know front desk from anything else, phone was sticky to touch ( ewe) Fire your cleaner. Walls were also thin and could hear everything.

We have stayed at the Greenwood many times over the past 10 years. On this visit we found the overall appearance of the rooms had certainly deteriorated. The carpet had numerous stains, the toilet ran constantly, the shower curtain rod was falling of the wall making it impossible to keep the shower curtain closed which resulted in water all over the floor. Someone from maintenance did try to fix the toilet but in the end it still ran. We had breakfast at the hotel. The staff and service were great. The food came quickly and was hot. The hotel is definitely in need of an upgrade.
