Horrible experience. Great if you are there with kids, but not as a business traveler. Rooms are loud due to tile floors, and the entire building is excessively loud, from music, to kids screaming, Room was adequate, although nothing special. Never making this mistake again to save a few dollars.

I was traveling for business and looking for a hotel close to my work location. I accidentally gave our office the wrong hotel name, thinking it was where I had stayed before. When I arrived, I realized my previous hotel was actually across the street—but what a wonderful surprise this turned out to be! The hotel was welcoming and perfect for my stay. Seeing families and children enjoying themselves was a cheerful distraction during my business trip, and the service was fabulous. I’m so glad this little mix-up led me here!

Ok place to stay but low overall score as they take a $100 deposit at check in and don’t give it back for 30 days..don’t even tell you.

My only complaint was our Grizzly Bear two bedroom suite. The floor turned our feet solid black. It was soooo gross!!! I had my 13 year old granddaughter and her two friends. The bottom of their feet from just walking around on the floor in our room, was sooooo thick black, they were peeling it off. The next morning we made sure to wear socks. It was so bad, I feel like the floor couldn’t have been mopped for quite awhile. For the cost of the room…that truly is unacceptable. Also, systems were down through entire resort so we ended up ordering from Pizza Hut instead of the pizza place at resort which was fine but with systems down, all the tvs didn’t work in our room(3). That was a bummer when we all were winding down that evening. Other than that, we did have a lovely time celebrating my granddaughters 13th birthday and they enjoyed the water park!

The staff were great and very helpful and all times. Check in William was fantastic and gave us all the information we needed. At times there were staff shortages and either the outside pool were delayed being opened. Housekeeping was good and kept us supplied with linens and anything else we needed.
