NO NON-TESLA EV chargers. They had them but ripped out all but the Tesla Chargers. WHY, WHY WHY? And the Tesla chargers are all at the back of the lot. The otherwise used to be at the front.

I enjoyed my stay. But I would’ve enjoyed if the pool was still open and not closed for the season. I also would’ve enjoyed the stores to open earlier so I could shop in the morning. Also, it would be nice if you had more than one restaurant to sit in for breakfast.

This casino/hotel is extremely family friendly from bowling alleys to a full arcade and rides for the children and the kids in all of us This casino is currently going through new renovations and Expanding It is listed on one of the top 10 best casinos in Reno. It is so nice to see something that is as nice as you would find in Vegas I highly recommend staying here. The staff the food the buffet is is super yummy lots of meat and seafood. Rumi Casino lots of free parking But there is a resort fee of almost $50. something that you will have to pay when you arrive.

Been staying at this property for 10 years. Property is now a dump. Was dirty and not clean. Very run down. Parking charges were ridiculous. 250 dollars for oversize RV parking is insane. Wont be staying here ever again. Peppermill treats the burners way better.

Checking in was wonderful. The Lady that checked us in was terrific. Room was very nice. Went down hill when we went to Sports bar for dinner and drinks. Food was cold and server rude. We received the check and she charged us for our drinks. Mind you I was playing the machine the entire time. At least 45 minutes. We paid the check and asked for drinks to go. Then maybe hour later went to the bar behind sports bar. I believe I stood there 15mins, at least. The bartender kept walking past me, never acknowledging me. I would understand if it was busy, but it was not. He started to talk to others at the bar asking if they wanted another drink. They already had cocktails. I stated I was ready to order, he was rude. Since I had been playing game he gave me a drink. My friend and I were on the floor for quite sometime. We were having a great time. We were winning so of course in a casino you can celebrate and get excited. Nope, not at Grand Sierra. We were told people were complaing and we needed to keep it down. Really?! I had stayed with you several years ago and loved the property. I had severe hotels I could have choosed from. I spent quite a lot of money gambling Aren't I allowed to celebrate. Mind you I left with much less than I came with. I'd give negative stars if I could. However the lady checking us in was the only positive.

The stay was great, there was some renovation so maybe this is why they hallway rugs were not smooth and there was a hole in the wall where an outlet should go. I really disliked that they didn’t have a hotel guest parking lot.
