Like I said before the staff was very untrained even though they were nice they didn’t know very much.

When we arrived we had to wait 1.5 hours to checkin. We were supposed to have free drinks when we arrived we did not have any. The staff did not know very much we were supposed to have free spa services and the man checking us in did not know neither did his supervisor. Finally after 1 hour WE found someone who knew. But he gave 2 rooms the spa services and when we when to get the 3rd rooms set up he said it wasn’t authorized. I showed him the reservation that showed it was included. He then said he scheduled it and when we arrived at the spa they did not have a reservation for her. When we went to have breakfast we asked a staff member he told us it was in the upper level so we went up there with a disabled person. When we got there we were told no it’s downstairs almost where we were to start with. So again down stairs with a disabled person. This was actually the worst resort I have ever stayed at and I will never recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic vacation at Grand Princess Riviera. The room with the swim up pool access was perfect for the family to cool off. We were lucky enough to be about 10 feet from the bar so we could get drinks through out the day. House keeping kept the room cleaned each day and refreshed our towels. The buffet had plenty of food choices for all the family. The wait staff was always very attentive to help with drinks. The gym was well equipped with exercise machines and weights. I had one of the best massages with Norma who was amazing!

PAY ATTENTION EVERYONE. this property does NOT have a usable beach. It is full of seaweed and smells awful. It’s a 3star property at best. Food is avg at best. Lock your patio doors if you go. The animals can open your door and get inside to ransack your room. The property is sooo big you have to walk ten minutes to get to the front desk from the beach rooms. It’s way too big. They only have one shuttle running for the whole property. BEWARE. go north of Cancun if you want nice water. NOT SOUTH
