The house keeping was a disaster on one day the room wasn't cleaned at all the next day on our return at 8pm the room still hadn't been made up so we had to call the the manager to discuss things. Overall a very disappointing stay

The service by all the staff are exceptional and I am very impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile for us. The hotel is not exactly new and some signs of wear and tear could be seen within the premises.

Book a room away from the lift lobby. Lift machinery noise is transmitted through walls all night , not good if a light sleeper.

The overall staffs were great in service. Especially the concierge department was efficient and very helpful. We would like to thank Mr. Aymir of the Concierge Dept for his generous help when we were in need during our stay. For the room, as we have just stayed over night, our only concern was that the face tissue paper in the room was not good equipped and there were no sampoo provided.
