Generally very nice. Excellent location. Public transformation is the best of the bests. Staffs are kind and helpful. Especially for me, laundry facility is lovely. A minor issue is the toilet. Water pressure is a bit low. And the shower tap in my room was not working well. But if I have another chance to visit I highly consider to book your hotel again.

Good location. A MRT station is in front of the main entrance of the hotel. A shopping mall and a food market are just on the opposite side of the road. Very convenient to every part of Singapore. Spacious room, clean and comfortable. However, the room temperature was too low but the air conditioning system cannot be adjusted. Even the friendly staff were not able to help.

The location (next to mrt) is good, staff friendly and room clean. If available for a good price take it. My aircon was warm, I was told it was fixed but it was still warm. We booked 2 rooms for 7 days so could verify the significant difference and sleeping was not easy. We also requested an early check in but was told the occupancy was high. This would have been fine, but when I enquired about this randomly with a helpful staff member, I was the told that the floor was not busy. Could have gone the extra mile but obviously too hard. Not so much a problem as it’s a good one off hotel depending on the price but defiantly not a go to hotel as there are better choices in the immediate area.
