Lovely rooms but terrible service. Instead of taking a hold payment, the hotel processed a payment for €500. Upon check out I flagged this and was told to email a generic email to request the money be returned. It’s been a week since I checked out and I’ve still not had a reply to my email or a refund. It was not possible to resolve this issue at checkout as it took 1 hour to get to the front of the line. There were a lot of people checking out but not all desks were staffed, and the staff were incredibly slow. It was similar at check in too. Lovely hotel, but terrible service.

The concierge staff led by Mr Danilo and Guest relations staff were excellent. The breakfast was ok. It had plenty of fruits and an omelette station. Other than that they also provided detoxifying green juice (only when asked). The pastries were kept in a separate area long with coffee and that whole place was very unhygienic. R era son being, people used their bare hands all the time to pick their pastries instead of the utensils and some of them after touching with their bare hands and their kids bare hands placed them back for others to consume. The Hyatt staff were not doing anything about it. I tried all the restaurants and the service was good. Food was good as well. One big complaint i have is that except for the concierge and some front desk folks noone spoke English and that was extremely hard

Good hotel. Comfortable and clean. Not in the centre by a long way but that can be good
