The hotel does not provide water bottles, rather a refillable one you can refill throughout your stay - this is FINE, however, the refilling station on floor 19 in the east tower is a mess. A drink had been spilled on the floor and the floor was sticky. There was a distinct smell in the "closet" style room you refill in. Worst was that the filter wasnt on green. We called three times to have someone look at it, but it was not fixed over the course of our 4 night stay. Another guest mentioned to us "the water tastes like the filter is on yellow", I am fine with refilling stations, but they need to be clean and have new filters....This was our only option for water the entire trip....

My room in East tower was excellent. It was disappointing that so many of the loungers in premium spots at the pools were only available if you reserved at an extra fee, although there were plenty available without charge.

Parts of the hotel were under renovation and there were plumbing issues in our bathroom. The rooms and property were kept clean. The fitness center was great. It stormed a lot while we were there and unless you gamble or drink good luck finding something to do when it rains.
