Overall okay experience. We got a free room upgrade, which sounded nice. But other than the better view, there was little benefit to it. The room was unnecessarily large and the hallways are very long to walk through. Bathroom light was controlled by a sensor that doesn't turn of before 20 minutes of inactivity. That is somewhat unpractical when you're trying to get to sleep.

The only disappointment was and even upgrading to a suite there were no coffee making facilities in the room. Not so Grand

Room clean but incredibly dated decor. Shower didn't work as the head was broken, probably been like that for ever. Fine for a one night work stay but that's about it.
