It has 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds and a twin bunk bed), a granite kitchen, new appliances, new washer and dryer, dining area, living room, bar, gas fireplace, central air/heat, TVs in living room and bar with cable and WiFi, and outdoor gas grill. House newly furnished with a modern retro flair. Walking in this sweet house, you can't help but to feel happy. Everything is provided for you, including clean linens, towels, blankets, cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, etc. The cozy covered front porch sits right in the heart of this beach community and has ocean views. This home is a 250 ft. walk to a private beach (deeded beach rights) and a 5 min walk to a local beach club, a fish market, 4 restaurants and bars, and a liquor store. The town also has 2 popular breweries and an awesome down town area full of shops and restaurants. This property is a 10-15 minute Uber ride to New Haven, or a 5 minute ride to Branford's Shoreline East train station for connections through New Haven to Boston, Springfield, New York, or Washington D.C. There is plenty to see and do within a 2 mile radius of this home, or you may choose to stay in and enjoy the comforts of this home while cooking a meal or sitting on the upper enclosed porch or the lower open porch and watching the sunset. It has everything you need and more; games for the kids and adults, kitchenware, blow dryer, soap and shampoo. All you have to do to start your vacation is pick a date and arrive. Everything is here for your enjoyment. You will leave feeling totally relaxed and looking forward to your next stay at this lovely beach home. Please note that late June through Labor Day are weekly rentals only (Sat-Sat). Dates are flexible the remainder of the year. Foote Memorial Park Tennis Center and Stony Creek Brewery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Branford Hills Plaza Shopping Center and Orchard Hill Plaza Shopping Center. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Connecticut Sportsplex or Yale Bowl. Kayaking and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking nearby.

My houseguests stayed here with very young children. They had a great time in this house. I really like the beach that goes with this house. It is not at all crowded. The hosts were gracious, generous, accommodating and communicative. The house was very clean and had everything provided, including a Pack-n-Play! One of my guests thought the beds were very comfortable. The laundry was convenient. The kids loved the playroom with the provided coloring books, crayons, and toys. The four bedrooms made the house feel spacious enough even when there were 4 children inside. That said, there are walls between the bedrooms that are only single sheets of paneling...some even have spaces in between the panels so that you can see into a bedroom through the wall. I found the driveway very difficult to turn around in, and only 2 parking spaces on a busy road with no parking made visiting difficult.

Excellent vacation home! You couldn’t ask for a better location. The house was very clean and the amenities were very appreciated. My kids really enjoyed the “teen space” on the sunporch to play games or watch tv. The hosts were very responsive & shared some great local recommendations. In addition to the private beach, we were easily able to travel to Madison, Niantic, and Mystic. We had no luck surf fishing, but everything else was perfect. Thank you!

Owner was very flexible with our last minute arrival dates. Great little house. Note that beach is mostly private so while photos show large beach, much is not for use. Upstairs rooms are nice, but walls are very thin, so not really able to have it quiet for one room if others are up in another. You can hear everything.

Worked out perfectly for a wedding we had nearby. Couple good restaurants nearby and uber available no problem.
