Very helpful and cordial staff. Have stayed at this property before and upgrades have been wonderful. Beautiful new dining area! This property is great for an overnight stay or if exploring Nassau. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me.

The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money.

We had a lovely stay at Palm B&B and truly felt like family. The hostess was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. The café offered great value, with food that was healthy, fresh, and delicious.
