We had a wonderful stay at Glow Ao Nang. The reception team and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. One feature we really appreciated was the kids’ corner. It was a great space for the children to play with toys while we waited for our transportation, making things much easier for families. The location is also excellent. Everything is within walking distance, including plenty of food options, laundry services, and a 7-Eleven, making it very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Ao Nang!

Check-in was smooth however the on duty staff behaviour was bad. On escalating the matter the manager apologised for same and assured more training for the concerned staff even after this the concerned staff did not apologise. AC and TV remote was not working properly which was promptly attended and rectified. As we all were vegetarian, breakfast was nightmare for us as only potato curry and rice were available along with breads. I purposely booked this hotel considering good breakfast options for Indian. GLOW can work on this to improve. I have extended my stay here and let’s see.

This stay was far from a 4-star experience. While the room itself was acceptable, it was nothing special. The bathroom, however, was in poor condition and in need of a complete refurbishment, with visible rust, broken tiles, and both the shower door and cupboard door not closing properly. On a positive note, housekeeping attended daily and changed the sheets, which was appreciated. However, upon arrival, we had to request bath towels, which should have already been provided.
