Access is by an external staircase. We arrive on a private terrace out of sight. Many activities nearby: water sports, tennis, golf, walking or cycling from the house. Many games left available to tenants (bikes, board games, children's games for all ages, ...). Located in Arradon, this cottage is in a rural area and by the sea. Vannes Marina and Golf Blue Green de Baden are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Gulf of Morbihan Regional Natural Park and Reserve Naturelle Marais de Sene. Traveling with kids? Consider Jardin aux Papillons and Vannes Aquarium. Problèmes d’isolation par rapport à l’autre gîte situé au rez de chaussée . Vétusté de certaines installations, Velux en particulier, présence de moisissures dans la salle de bain, en particulier dans la douche, literie de très mauvaise qualité dans la chambre petit lit .De nombreuses causes de mécontentement, mauvais rapport prestations/prix . Accepte les animaux de compagnie mais avec supplément .Dans l’ensemble : pas terrible !
